That’s why Blue Shield now provides all eligible members with identity repair and credit monitoring through AllClear ID at no additional cost. This free service is an extra layer of security for our members. Members will not be asked to pay or provide payment information for these services as long as they are an eligible Blue Shield member.
Eligible Blue Shield of California members can receive:
- All Clear Identity Repair: The team at AllClear ID is ready to help members who need identity repair. Call 855-904-5733 and an AllClear representative will help do the work to restore a member’s identity. No enrollment is required. Blue Shield members can use this service when and if they need it.
- AllClear Credit Monitoring: Eligible members interested AllClear Credit Monitoring may enroll at any time during their coverage period at no cost. This service offers layers of protection that includes credit monitoring, identity theft insurance and ChildScan services for minors.
Our Promise to You:
As long as you are an eligible Blue Shield of California member, AllClear ID will never charge you for identity repair, or credit monitoring services.
Information you give AllClear ID during their signup process is only used to create your AllClear ID account and provide services to you.
Blue Shield does not use credit information to determine healthcare plan eligibility or rates.
We will never ask for the information you provided to AllClear ID when you signed up for their identity repair and credit monitoring services.
- As long as you are an eligible member, you will never be charged for identity protection.
- Be careful with your personal information and offer it only on the Blue Shield of California or AllClear ID website.
- The information captured in this signup process will be used solely to protect your personal information.
AllClear Request Confirmation
- Print a copy or take a screenshot of this page for your records. This confirmation page will serve as proof of having requested additional protection.
- Look for a confirmation email with a redemption code from firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours.
